Description
Selected non-GMO yellow peas from Canada have a natural protein content of 22-25%, which is significantly better than that of common peas. The production process adopts the "wet extraction + membrane separation" technology: Firstly, the peas are gently ground and then centrifuged to remove starch and fibers; Subsequently, through multi-stage filtration and ultrafiltration membrane concentration, proteins are precisely enriched. Finally, it undergoes low-temperature (<60℃) spray drying to retain the protein activity and natural nutrients to the greatest extent. No chemical additives such as sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium hydroxide are used throughout the process to ensure the purity and safety of the product.
High biological value protein:
Protein content ≥80% (N×6.25), containing all 9 essential amino acids needed by the human body, among which branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) are abundant, which is helpful for muscle synthesis and recovery.
2. Low allergenicity: Free of common allergens such as soy, gluten, lactose, and nuts, it is suitable for people with lactose intolerance, vegetarians, and those with sensitive skin.
3. Strong functionality: It has excellent solubility (solubility >90% at pH 6-8), emulsifying, foaming and gelling properties, and can be widely adapted to various food processing systems.
4. Health attributes: Zero cholesterol, low fat (<1%), low in carbohydrates, and rich in dietary fiber and polyphenols, which help regulate blood sugar and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
